Welcome to Needed That LLC. By accessing our website and purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Needed That LLC provides a monthly subscription box featuring curated everyday essentials designed to simplify life. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and the policies outlined below.
2. Subscription & Billing
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month unless otherwise stated.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Needed That! to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing cycle.
Founding Members who secure promotional pricing will retain that rate as long as their subscription remains active.
Prices are subject to change for new subscribers at any time without notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal.
• To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the current month.
• Once billing has occurred, orders are final and non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Needed That! is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the curated and subscription-based nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation.
6. Product Availability & Substitutions
From time to time, items may be substituted with products of equal or greater value due to availability or supply issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
Needed That! is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products included in our boxes.
All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
