When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged when you subscribe, and then the first of every month moving forward.
When does my box ship?
Boxes ship once per month. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it heads your way!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
Because we order and prepare inventory in advance, we do not offer refunds on processed monthly orders. If you have an issue, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.
What’s inside the box?
Each month includes practical, everyday essentials designed to save you from those “why don’t I have this?!” moments. No filler. No junk. Just useful.
Is this a good gift?
Absolutely. It’s perfect for busy moms, working women, college students, newlyweds, or honestly… anyone who appreciates being prepared.
What makes this different from other subscription boxes?
Most boxes are about trends or treats. Needed That! is about real life. It’s the tape, batteries, rain savers, and little problem-solvers that actually get used.
What if prices increase in the future?
Founding Members lock in their pricing for life as long as their subscription remains active. Standard members also lock in their rate at signup. If pricing changes in the future, it will only apply to new subscribers.
When is the cutoff to receive this month’s box?
Orders placed after the monthly cutoff date (ex: the 15th) will receive the following month’s box.
