Subscription Purchase Options

Needed That LLC is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic monthly billing using your selected payment method.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the policy below.

Founding Member pricing is locked in for active subscribers and will remain in effect as long as the subscription remains active.

Billing Schedule

• Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.
• Your box will ship later that month according to our Shipping Policy.
• By subscribing, you authorize Needed That! to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the current month.

If cancellation occurs after the 15th, the upcoming charge will still process, and that month’s box will ship as scheduled.

Once billing has occurred, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your information. If payment is not successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
