Shipping Policy – Needed That LLC

We ship joy (and life-saving essentials) once per month!

• Boxes ship between the 20th–30th of each month.
• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
• Changes or cancellations must be made before the 15th to affect the following shipment.

Founding Members receive free shipping for life. Standard memberships include a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Once your box ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your box arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
