At Needed That LLC, we carefully curate each box with practical, life-saving essentials designed to make your month easier. Because our boxes are subscription-based and curated in advance, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

Billing & Cancellations

• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
• Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the 15th to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
• Once billing has occurred, orders are final and non-refundable.

After Shipment

Once a box has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right. We are happy to replace defective or damaged items when appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
